They have been advising individuals, organisations and businessesfor over 40 years have asked us to find them a further junior Private Client Solicitor to join their award-winning team.About the Role The successful candidate will have had exposure during training and post experience in supporting and managing a diverse caseload, including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and trust documentation, as well as handling probate and estate administration matters involving both taxable and non-taxable estates. A solid understanding of Inheritance Tax, probate regulations, and estate administration procedures specific to England and Wales is essential.Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail when drafting legal documents, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work compassionately and effectively with clients.
