Job Description Technical Sales Representative Ground Support & ProppingWere partnering with a specialist business operating in ground support, propping and temporary works, supporting contractors across a wide range of construction projects.This is a field-based sales role covering Kent and the surrounding areas, focused on building relationships, winning new business and supporting projects from enquiry through to delivery.You dont need to come from this exact product background. Were open to people from construction, civils, or technical environments, or those in customer-facing roles looking to step into a more commercial, field-based position.Full support will be provided to build your technical knowledge. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities across contractors and project teamsManage and grow a portfolio of customers across Kent and surrounding areasVisit sites and clients to understand requirements and build relationshipsPrepare quotations and proposals aligned to project needsSupport customers with product and solution guidance (training provided)Work with internal teams to deliver projects smoothlyMaintain a healthy pipeline and track activity through CRM What Were Looking ForExperience in a customer-facing or sales roleExposure to construction, civils, engineering or a related technical environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skillsMotivated, organised and comfortable working independently in the fieldKeen to develop technical knowledge and grow within the role Nice to Have (not essential)Experience in ground support, propping, plant hire or temporary worksAbility to read drawings or technical specificationsExisting relationships with contractors or site teams The PackageBasic salary: 45,000 to 55,000OTE: 5,000 to 15,000Field-based role covering ME, CT, TN, BN, RH, DA, BR and SE postcodesRegular site visits and client meetingsOccasional overnight stays
