The Business A leading hospitality business dedicated to providing memorable holiday experiences through a collection of well-maintained, and comfortable accommodations. The Role As the Commercial Reservations Manager, youll take charge of the booking department, ensuring smooth operations while driving revenue and maximising scheduling. Youll oversee a motivated team, manage the entire booking process, and ensure a seamless and efficient approach across all internal and external platforms and guest touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Managing availability, pricing, and inventory across all third-party booking platforms. Using dynamic pricing strategies to optimise revenue and improve forecasting accuracy. Monitoring booking patterns, competitor activity, and occupancy trends to support effective pricing and planning decisions. Sharing key insights and booking data with internal teams to support wider business planning Manage the entire group booking process, from initial enquiry to confirmation, ensuring prompt responses, tailored proposals, and high conversion rates. Maintaining strong relationships with key clients, corporate bookers, and event organisers. Leading and mentoring the team to deliver great results and exceptional service. Creating a motivated, positive team environment thats focused on high performance and guest satisfaction. Participating in training and development as required by management. Promoting health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace for both team members and guests. Skills & Experience Required Proven track record of selling and achieving income targets Ability to lead and work as part of a team Knowledge and experience of the hospitality sector Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and to produce quality documents Ability to build effective relationships with clients Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Numerate, with the ability to analyse financial reports Experience of Sales/Client management systems Flexible and reliable, with availability to work various shift patterns during weekdays and weekends Benefits Competitive salary and bonus Pension scheme Employee discount Free parking 37.5 hour working week TPBN1_UKTJ
