Support the development and implementation of care plans for children and young people. Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring high standards of care and support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required. Engage with children and young people to promote their well-being and development. Act as the designated safeguarding lead in the absence of the Manager.
