Job Description As Merchandiser, youll play a key role in planning, trading and shaping future ranges across a multichannel retail business. Youll help to ensure sales and margin budgets while effectively managing stock levels in line with business targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their merchandising career and make a tangible difference within a growing organisation.There is potential for reduced or flexible working - for the right individual.Retail Merchandiser : The Job OutlineRaise POs in timely manner for both Seasonal and Never Out of Stock lines.Accurate forwardforecasting of intake and OTB to deliver sales & margin targets, highlighting any potential risk or opportunitiesEnsure timely production planning to secure capacity and achieve ontime deliveriesInseason trading: analysing performance, highlighting best/worst sellers & proposing actionMaintain WSSI, stock integrity, critical paths and internal documentationManage supplier relationships and ensuring goods arrive on time and in fullOversee branch distribution planning with the Retail teamCheck and process supplier invoices & packing lists Support senior management with process improvement initiativesMonitoring competitor activity to influence strategy and decisionmakingRetail Merchandiser : Required Skills & ExperienceAt least 3 years experience as a Junior Merchandiser/ or Merchandiser in a retail branded business Commercial awareness and a proactive, resultsdriven approachStrong intermediate IT skills, especially Microsoft Office Excellent communication, organisational and timemanagement skills High attention to detail, numeracy and the ability to work using your own initiative Decisive, influential and able to build strong relationships all levels, internal & external.Team player with a flexible, positive approach.Ability to travel if required.
