If so, this could be your perfect next move.If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.Your New Opportunity We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our Riverview Adult Supported Living Service on a full-time, permanent basis (39 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with on-call responsibilities).Riverview supports adults with physical and learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes and engage in meaningful activities in the local community—from dining out to pursuing hobbies and attending local events.Our focus is on person-centred support that empowers people to lead happy, full lives.As Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring exceptional care is delivered and that all organisational standards and administrative responsibilities are met.What You’ll Be Doing Leading and motivating a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support Ensuring smooth operational running of the service, including rota management, supervision, and compliance Supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community Promoting a culture of compassion, dignity, and respect What You’ll Bring SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and PDA in Management (or equivalent) A passion for empowering others and delivering quality support Strong leadership , organisational, and communication skills A problem-solving mindset, with a focus on positive outcomes Good IT skills and the ability to manage administrative duties effectively What’s In It for You?
