Duties Cut, colour, and style hair according to client preferences and current trends Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon environment Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Mentor junior staff or apprentices, sharing expertise in hairdressing techniques and customer care Assist with store management tasks when required, ensuring smooth daily operations Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalised service Skills Proven experience in hairdressing/ barbering Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Knowledge of store management principles and retail upselling techniques Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a positive team environment Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work Proficient in front desk operations including appointment booking and client record management Strong communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferencesThis role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to develop their career within a supportive salon environment that values creativity, professionalism, and exceptional client care.Job Type: Full-timePay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per yearBenefits: Employee discount Store discountWork Location: In person
