When you join their team, youll enter a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your ideas matter and theres room to grow.A Typical Day in the JobAs a Digital Marketing Apprentice, youll work alongside a dynamic and friendly digital team, gaining hands-on experience across a range of channels. Youll:Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimising paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)Track performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPAHelp write ad copy and coordinate creativesConduct keyword research for both SEO and PPC campaignsSupport on-page SEO work (e.g., metadata, internal linking, content optimisation)Learn to use industry tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Looker StudioHelp maintain affiliate relationships and track activityContribute to campaign rollouts, UTM tracking, and marketing calendar updatesWrite short-form content, including landing pages and ad textFull training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.Desired Qualities, Skills and KnowledgeA genuine interest in digital marketing, particularly in PPC and SEOProactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learnSome familiarity with platforms like Google Ads or SEO tools is a bonusStrong written communication and excellent attention to detailA desire to build a long-term career in digital marketing3 GCSEs at grades 4/C or above, including a minimum Grade 5/C in Maths and Grade 4/C in EnglishSalary, Hours & BenefitsSalary: 22,880 per annumHours: Monday Friday, 40 hours per weekFlexible workingRegular pay reviewsAdditional holiday allowance with length of serviceTraining and development opportunitiesThis apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing.
