The purpose of the role is to support the Manager in supplier management, and ensure the supply chain is fully developed to meet the business requirements. This is done by auditing suppliers, data analysis and following processes. Role & ResponsibilitiesAuditing the supply chain to ensure competitive market rates and the best quality across all commoditiesMaintaining supplier records and ensuring the system is updatedEnsuring suppliers agreements are in correct order and uploaded to the systemReporting on suppliers progressUpdating supplier registerWork with internal teams to deliver robust supply plans for projectsWorking in both European and Asian marketsSourcing of components Essential Skills & ExperienceExperience in a Procurement / Purchasing position Good negotiation skillsGreat Excel skillsPersonable with the ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing PackageHybrid workingTravel insurancePrivate medical25 days holiday + bank holidaysOn site gymFlexible working scheme Procurement Assistant / Iwade / Hybrid
