Job Description Production Leader / ManagerAbout the Role:My client is seeking a motivated and skilled Production Leader / Manager to join their team and drive operational excellence in a precision manufacturing environment.Primary Responsibilities:Plan and manage daily production activities to meet company goalsEnsure on-time delivery of all customer ordersLiaise with customers to manage expectations and provide updatesMaintain the highest quality standards across all operationsAdditional Responsibilities & Skills:Organise and oversee recurring ISO9001/14001/45001 activities, including machine maintenance and fire safety complianceEnsure Health & Safety standards meet current legislationSupport customer and business development alongside the Senior Management teamUnderstand basic financial concepts including mark-ups, margins, gross and net profitsHigh level of competency with MS OfficeFamiliarity with MRP/ERP systems and willingness to learn company-specific systemsStrong technical background with awareness of manufacturing and machining techniquesMy client values a driven individual who is eager to learn and improve.
