This is a full time, permanent position where shifts are any 5 from 7 and various shifts between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00. What youll do on a typical day: Lead daily transport operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance Drive compliance with all administrative, legislative, and security requirements Collaborate across departments to prevent delays and keep customers informed Manage and motivate teams, including drivers and admin staff, through coaching and development Oversee performance and safety, from tachograph records to accident investigations and vehicle defect management What you need to succeed at GXO: Detail-driven and organised, with strong prioritisation skills and accuracy in all tasks Experienced in transport or fast-paced operations, with solid knowledge of EU regulations and drivers working time directives Excellent communicator and problem-solver, confident engaging at all levels and working under pressure to tight deadlines Tech-savvy and adaptable, with strong MS Office skills and familiarity with transport systems (advantageous) We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
