The Role Were looking for a Floor Supervisor to lead our Doveryard team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence. This role is hands-on and people-focused, combining leadership, service, and a passion for mixology in a luxury, sustainable setting. About you At least 1 year experience in a supervisory or senior bar role within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries. Strong knowledge of cocktail, wine, and beverage trends, with experience in high-end bars and restaurants. You lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and consistently exceed guest expectations. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage schedules, stock, and team development efficiently. Passionate about sustainability, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment. About the role Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to 1 Hotel Mayfairs luxury standards. Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Maintain stock control, ordering, and inventory processes to minimise waste and optimise performance. Collaborate with the F&B management team on cocktail menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings that align with our sustainability and brand ethos. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Work closely with other hotel departments to integrate bar operations into broader property initiatives and guest experiences. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support professional development opportunities. Actively contribute to creating a positive and engaging work culture that reflects the hotels ethos of conscious luxury.
