Cafe Supervisor - Monday to Friday

We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and inspiring Cafe Supervisor to work full time, Monday to Friday, overseeing a team of four in a busy cafe based within a Central London office. As Cafe Supervisor, youll not only craft exceptional coffee but also guide, motivate, and support your teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Youll take ownership of coffee quality, consistency, and service standards, ensuring every cup and every interaction reflects our values. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong organisational skills. As a Caf Supervisor at, you will be confident using computers and digital systems. You will be responsible for managing the ordering app, uploading new recipes, and planning the weekly menu.
