The Role: We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor/Porter to join our team within our hotel in the heart of Covent Garden and provide excellent customer service to our hotel guests. You will be responsible for moving trash, linen, laundry, luggage and assisting with goods deliveries. You will also address guests queries and make sure our rooms are fully-stocked. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. This is a very physical role but it is also a role within a team and guest facing so good communication skills are essential. You: Organised and a team player, can also work as an individual Fun to be around, with a passion for people and hospitality Eye for detail and high personal standards -Have ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 12 kilos without assistance and in excess of 12 kilos with assistance which are required for this position. Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
