What You'll Do Lead and manage governance activities for the CEO and Executive Committee, including planning, agendas, and documentation. Oversee preparation and quality assurance of Board and Exco papers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Track and coordinate CEO priorities, translating them into actionable workstreams and monitoring progress. Act as a key interface for CEO communications and stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally. Support strategic projects and organisational alignment initiatives across leadership teams. Business Manager Requirements Essential: Senior business management experience within a regulated or complex organisation (ideally financial services or professional services). Proven track record in executive-level governance, including Board/Exco documentation and action tracking. Strong understanding of strategic project coordination and business planning. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Desirable: Experience in wealth management or financial planning. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools.
