The role offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will support the General Manager in running a busy, high-volume site, ensuring excellent guest experiences and smooth day-to-day operations. They will lead and motivate a large team, manage P&L and rotas, and assist with events, promotions, and staff training.
