Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for processing valuation instructions across the London region and contributing to the growth of the valuation business. You will operate with a degree of autonomy while benefiting from the support of a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Undertake Red Book-compliant valuations for commercial property Act as direct client contact and manage relationships across the region Produce high-quality valuation reports for loan security and financial reporting Develop new business through existing and new networks Represent the full suite of property services to clients Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and team performance Maintain awareness of market trends and client requirements Candidate Requirements MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor RICS Registered Valuer Proven experience in commercial valuations, ideally for loan security and balance sheet purposes Proficient in Argus or similar valuation software Strong report writing and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Commercially minded, well-organised, and confident in client engagement Knowledge of Londons commercial and residential property markets Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach Whats on Offer Competitive salary package Clear progression opportunities Supportive team culture Exposure to a wide range of commercial assets Autonomy and flexibility in role TPBN1_UKTJ
