Team Lead - Secured Lending Valuation Services Experienced MRICS Valuer required My client is a specialist surveying firm of 20 years with a strong reputation in Reinstatement Cost Assessments / Valuations and Quantity Surveying space across all sectors, they also carry out a good amount of Auditing and Tax valuation work. Due to client requirements and diversification, they are looking for an experienced Valuer who can head up and assist with growing their Secured lending valuation offering and with time, help with growing out the team. After the first 12 months as the service line develops, depending on how things are going they would consider an equity/profit share type structure for the valuation part of the business. You will ideally be based between Gloucestershire and London. Their head office is in Gloucestershire and it will be a hybrid working structure (details to be negotiated and discussed) with likely a good amount of travel to begin with, but ultimately as the service line becomes more established they would encourage you to be doing less valuation work and more leading of the service, so there will be less travel involved longer term. They also potentially have a bit of work in Europe, Canada and Australia. This is a longer-term possibility, but several of their key clients in the RCA space are asking them for RCA valuations in these areas and naturally this will likely also involve Red Book Valuations as an additional service in the future.
