We're seeking a talented Revenue Manager to join a contemporary property of under 400 rooms in the heart of Central London. This is a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking team and play a key role in driving revenue strategy, optimising distribution, and maximising profitability across rooms and ancillary revenue streams. The Role As Revenue Manager , you will: Lead daily and long-term revenue management strategies to maximise RevPAR and overall profitability. Oversee pricing, forecasting, and inventory management across all distribution channels. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to ensure alignment and optimal performance. Deliver insightful revenue reports and market analysis to senior leadership. Stay ahead of London's dynamic hospitality market to identify new opportunities and respond swiftly to changing demand patterns. About You Proven experience in hotel revenue management (essential) within the London market is highly preferred A strategic mindset with strong analytical and commercial acumen. Excellent communication and influencing skills - confident working with senior stakeholders. Proficiency in revenue management systems and Excel; experience with Opera, Ideas, or similar RMS preferred. Must have the right to work in the UK .
