Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support scalable and accessible learning solutions. Success in designing, delivering, and evaluating Apprenticeship programmes, working with internal stakeholders and external providers. Skill in developing and curating e-learning content that enhances staff engagement and supports continuous professional development. Strategic thinking with the ability to align L&D initiatives with organisational goals, workforce planning, and service improvement priorities. Essential: Experience working in the NHS.
