Job DescriptionBusiness Development Manager -Full-Time - Islington-Based in the office.38,000 40,000 + 10% BonusAre you a sharp, motivated sales / BDM/ Business Development professional looking for a career defining opportunity? Are you organised, planned and love to smash targets?Do you have an engaging consultative approach to sales where you can understand challenges and provide solutions to business owners, directors, leadership and large corporate clients?Have you been in Sales/Business Development role recently for a minimum of 2-3 years or more? Love closing deals and making a real impact? Love building long term value added client relationships?This is the opportunity for you!Youll be working directly with one of the business owners, taking ownership of the sales pipeline and helping to grow a fast-moving company that sells services into transactional industries like retail, hospitality, gyms, bars, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, offices, and universities.What Youll Do:Own lead generation and prospecting across multiple B2B sectorsBuild relationships and convert prospects into long-term clientsCreate tailored costings and negotiate dealsHit and exceed monthly sales targetsUse CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) to track your pipelineAttend events and meetings to expand market reachWork side-by-side with leadership on growth strategiesYoull Fit Right In If You:Have a minimum of 23 years of sales or business development experienceKnow how to sell into fast-paced, transactional environments (retail, hospitality, leisure, etc.)Are an excellent communicator with a persuasive edgeAre organised, focused, and thrive in a target-driven setupLove working in-person and want to be part of a collaborative office based teamBonus if you've got any exposure to selling facilities management or cleaning servicesPerks & Benefits:38,000 40,000 basic salary10% performance bonus (quarterly)Company pensionOpportunity to work with a highly experienced Sales Director/Owner.Supportive, energetic team culture with real growth potentialInclusive and supportive environment with a company culture that values helping others, Sustainability and making a positive impact!
