Electrical Estimator Data Centre Projects Location: London (Hybrid Working) with occassional travel to UK and European project locations as required Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support the delivery of major data centre and mission-critical projects across the UK and Europe. The role is based in London, offering a hybrid working model that combines office-based collaboration with remote working flexibility. Typical project values range from 2 million to 10 million, covering complex and technically demanding electrical packages within a general electrical contracting environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for data centre electrical packages valued between 2m10m Review tender documentation including drawings, specifications, schedules, and employers requirements Utilise preloaded tender packages and quantity take-offs using Bluebeam software (training provided) Estimate electrical systems including containment, power, lighting, earthing, generators, switchgear and controls Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers Assess subcontractor bids Identify value engineering opportunities Support tender adjudications and negotiations Required Experience & Qualifications Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator on data centre or large commercial projects Background in general electrical contracting Strong technical and commercial understanding Experience working on UK and/or European projects What We Offer Hybrid working from London Competitive salary and benefits Career progression within a growing mission-critical business TPBN1_UKTJ
