Job OverviewReporting to: Vice Principal and SENDCoSalary: UL Support Staff Payscale - Band 2 (Point 1 to 7 £24173 - £27,920 FTE actualsalary £21,927 - £25,326)Working Time: 8:00am – 16:00pm Full Time, Term Time plus 2 weeks (including INSET)Contract: Permanent, United Learning ContractAt Irlam and Cadishead Academy, we are proud to place student wellbeing and inclusion at the heart of everything we do.The Pastoral and SEND Admin role is a pivotal position within our school, dedicated to providing comprehensive administrative and pastoral support to ensure the wellbeing, inclusion, and academic progress of all our pupils.The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the pastoral care and SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) teams by managing pupil information, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate records, and liaising effectively with internal colleagues, parents/carers, and external agencies.Aligned with our school’s vision and values, this role directly contributes to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where every pupil can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.The Ideal Candidate WillHave experience working in an administrative role.
