The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.The Candidate;Previous experience in hire administration or a rental-based role (plant hire or construction preferred). Knowledge of Syrinx software (preferred, but not essential). Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise. A high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Confidence working both independently and as part of a team. Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with plant or construction equipment terminology is a plus.
