As their project workload continues to grow, they are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across Suffolk This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and supportive business known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Role Overview: Manage the successful delivery of multiple mechanical fit-out projects from inception to completion. Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. Ensure all work is delivered to the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards . Drive progress in line with programme and financial targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders . Support project delivery through planning, coordination, and problem-solving . Requirements: Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role. Background delivering projects within commercial, healthcare, or education sectors . Strong technical understanding of mechanical building services. Excellent leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills. Must be able to commute to projects across London and North East Kent .
