Were looking for a Senior Full Stack PHP Developer to join our team and play a leading role in shaping the future of the MotorDesk platform. As part of our development team, youll drive the expansion of our platforms functionality, ensure scalability, and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. Youll work across a broad range of projects - from architecting full-stack solutions and leading system integrations to optimising performance and guiding best practices in clean, efficient code development. What youll do Lead the design, development, and enhancement of features across the MotorDesk platform Architect and deliver scalable, full-stack solutions spanning front-end and back-end technologies Build, refine, and maintain complex website modules, integrations, and core functionality Work extensively with PHP, SQL, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks to deliver high-quality applications Optimise performance, usability, and system reliability across the platform Mentor junior developers, contribute to code reviews, and champion development standards and best practices Youre the perfect fit if you Have 5+ years experience in PHP development (with strong exposure to large, complex codebases) Design and build scalable, maintainable PHP applications both with and without frameworks Are confident across the full stack, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, SQL, and AWS/cloud environments Have hands-on experience with version control (Git), and modern development workflows Understand software architecture principles and can contribute to system design and technical decision-making Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and are comfortable mentoring junior developers Take ownership of your work, thrive in solving complex problems, and balance speed with code quality Are detail-oriented, highly organised, and self-motivated with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion Bonus skills & experience...
