Individual ownership, proactive problem-solving, and using AI to accelerate delivery are essential.What you'll do:Contribute and lead new technical and product initiativesTake a hands-on approach to design, architecture, development, and deployment of pragmatic software that powers Beacon's platformConduct thorough code reviews and seek out simplicityWhat you'll need:3+ years Java & Spring BootAWS service development and deploymentSolid expertise in backend development, microservices architecture, and CI/CD best practicesTrack record maintaining secure applications in productionStrong written and verbal communication skillsGrowth-oriented mindsetEarly-stage startup experienceNice to haves:SQL, ElasticSearch, GraphQLGitLab CI/CD pipelinesFullstack skills including Typescript, React, Styled-components, HTML & CSSSupply chain domain knowledge
