You'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a professional standard and within set timeframes.Key ResponsibilitiesFull kitchen and bathroom rip-out and refitPlumbing, basic tiling, and carpentry worksInstallation of units, worktops, sanitary ware, and fixturesEnsuring works meet health 'safety and building regulationsWorking in occupied properties with care and professionalismReporting progress and any issues to the site supervisor or contracts managerRequirementsProven experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms in domestic or social housing settingsSkilled in multi-trade work (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc.)Own tools and transportAsbestos Awareness & Manual Handling certificates (advantageous)How to ApplyIf you're an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter looking for ongoing local work on a reputable council contract, we'd love to hear from you.
