Job DescriptionJob Title: Project Manager Transformation (Broadband Operations)Location: Ipswich (Hybrid 3 days/week onsite)Duration: 3 MonthsInside IR35Were supporting a major transformation programme within Broadband operations, and our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a short-term but high-impact initiative focused on streamlining and automating operational support functions.Key Responsibilities:Lead the transformation of the Broadband operations structure, focusing on efficiency and automation.Drive the implementation of a new, leaner organisational model.Oversee the integration of automation tools to enhance support and monitoring capabilities.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of changes.Mentor and support a junior Project Manager who will be shadowing and learning throughout the engagement.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience delivering transformation projects within large-scale operational environments.Strong background in organisational change, automation, and process improvement.Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular presence in Ipswich.A natural mentor, keen to support the development of junior talent.
