Skills and Experience Required - Experience in a senior generalist HR role or as a specialist in people relations or organisational change. - Strong knowledge of UK employment law, change management, and HR best practices. - Proven ability to manage change in an agile and engaging way. - Strong influencing, communication, and change management abilities. - Ability to think on your feet and balance multiple priorities.
