Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across the Technical Department Liaise with clients, Area Technical Managers, and Site Technicians Handle internal and external telephone enquiries Manage documentation for live projects and notifications Produce and process technical specifications Review inspection reports and issue guarantees Prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines Work with custom databases, Microsoft Word, and Excel What We're Looking For: A technically minded individual with a keen eye for detail Strong spelling, grammar, and communication skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities High accuracy and precision in all tasks Proven IT skills and experience in a similar administrative role TPBN1_UKTJ
