Job Description Business Systems Analyst / Project Lead ERP / Finance Systems Suffolk (Hybrid) 55,000 - 65,000This is a Business Systems Analyst / Project Lead role with an international business looking to strengthen their UK team as they invest in applications and system improvements.Youll play a key role across a number of initiatives including a new finance system implementation, alongside ongoing improvements across existing systems. The role covers the full lifecycle from gathering requirements and shaping solutions through to delivery, testing and post-go-live support.Youll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to understand how the business operates and ensure systems support that effectively. Youll also coordinate with a wider technical team based in Europe to make sure delivery stays on track. Theres no dedicated Project Manager, so youll take ownership of driving things forward, managing priorities and keeping projects moving.Were looking for someone with experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally with exposure to ERP or finance system implementations. You should be comfortable working across both analysis and delivery, with a good understanding of how systems integrate and how data flows between them.
