Early Careers Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how apprenticeships, graduate schemes, placements, and education partnerships operate endtoend in practice. Someone who ran early careers programmes designed them delivered them managed graduates apprentices etc Good with senior stakeholders Coaching line managers Understand rotational programmes different apprenticeship programmes Highly organised Basically what we're looking for is someone who ran a range of early careers programmes in a large company doesn't have to be nuclear or infrastructure 2 years minimum experience xjdpvnf in a Early Careers Business Partner role (or similar) running a variety of early careers programmes from apprentice level 3 to graduate (industrial placements etc)Rullion celebrates and supports diversity and is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for both employees and applicants
