It is essential to report any changes and concerns to our Care Coordinator or Line Manager for the safety and wellbeing of our clients.The role of Care Assistant/Support WorkerCare assistants must become familiar with each clients care plan, learn about their personalities and understand how to achieve the expected outcomes.
