Our supported accommodation provides a safe, nurturing, and structured environment that promotes resilience, life skills, and confidence.We are now looking for a passionate, experienced Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of the service and ensure the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered.The RoleAs Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the operation of our supported living home. Youll lead and motivate a team of support workers, ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, and provide guidance to ensure our young people receive consistent, high-quality care.Key Responsibilities:Support the Registered Manager in managing the service in line with company policies and Ofsted guidanceLead, supervise and develop a team of residential support staffOversee care planning, risk assessments and support plans for each young personEnsure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all timesBuild strong, supportive relationships with young people, promoting independence and personal growthLiaise effectively with external agencies, social workers and familiesParticipate in the on-call rota and provide shift cover where neededAbout YouWere looking for someone with a strong background in working with vulnerable young people in a residential or semi-independent setting.
