With a vibrant, inclusive culture and an industry-accredited Academy, they offer an exceptional platform for ambitious recruiters to progress their careers.Why Apply Today?Career growth: Build an impressive career in a market leader and learn from sector expertsFlexible, hybrid working: Work from home or WeWork spacesEarnings: Uncapped commission with rewards from day oneBenefits: 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (rising with service, plus the option to purchase 5 extra days), strong pension, vouchers, and ongoing individual and team incentivesExposure: Work directly with high-profile clients on critical defence and aerospace projectsCore ResponsibilitiesEngage directly with clients/hiring managers—role qualification, understanding talent needs, and providing robust market insights on candidate skills, locations, and trends.Partner with internal sales and Account Management teams to anticipate and prepare for future client demand in the defence and aerospace sectors.Proactively build and nurture high-quality talent pools and pipelines for consultancy and permanent recruitment, using innovative sourcing and headhunting tactics.Lead candidate attraction, engagement and shortlisting, ensuring excellent candidate experience across all touchpoints.Use ATS technology (Bullhorn, Pocket Recruiter) to ensure all recruitment activities are tracked and data is accurate; champion new recruitment tools including Hinterview to proactively market candidates.Consistently deliver against SLAs: time-to-shortlist, CV-to-interview ratio, fill rates, and monthly targets.Act as a visible brand ambassador, supporting the wider sales effort through market mapping, candidate profiling, and event/social media engagement.Maintain up-to-date sector knowledge, especially on business transformation, change, and technical roles within defence and aerospace.The Ideal CandidateAt least 5 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment, within the defence and aerospace technology sectors.Confident in full lifecycle recruitment: sourcing, engaging, shortlisting, and placing candidates for both contingent and permanent opportunities.Adept at managing and influencing both client and candidate stakeholders, with a reputation for clear communication and service excellence.Highly proficient with ATS systems (especially Bullhorn) and enthusiastic about driving continuous improvement.Driven, proactive, and able to work efficiently to deadlines and targets in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative, commercial, and passionate about using industry insight to shape a future-facing workforce.This is a fabulous chance to accelerate your recruitment career with an award-winning global company, working in partnership with some of the UK’s most exciting and ambitious organisations.
