Your main focus will be running validation checks to ensure customer safety and prevent fraud. While this role includes some customer interaction (via phone/email), it is not a customer service role.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate new listings and suppliersInvestigate suspicious bookings or suppliersAssess fraud risk and make evidence-based decisionsCommunicate with customers to resolve validation issuesContribute ideas to improve processesWhat You'll NeedExcellent attention to detail & problem-solving skillsStrong written/verbal communicationConfident with PC & Microsoft OfficeCalm under pressure, self-motivatedExperience in customer service or fraud prevention is a plusA second language (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is a bonus but not a must
