Enterprise Account Executive (EMEA) – Femtech / Women’s HealthLocation: UK / EMEA (remote, field-based with travel)About the RoleWe’re partnering with a fast-growing global company at the forefront of Femtech and Women’s Health. As an Enterprise Account Executive (EMEA), you will be responsible for driving new business across the UK and wider EMEA region, selling into large employers and benefits consultants. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role for a proven enterprise salesperson with a passion for women’s health. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, focusing on enterprise employer accounts.Build and manage a strong pipeline across both direct-to-employer and broker/consultant channels.Lead complex sales processes with senior HR, Total Rewards, and Benefits stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, product, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs.Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across healthtech and benefits.What We’re Looking ForProven enterprise sales experience (ideally 5+ years) in digital health, healthtech, HR tech, or employee benefits.Strong track record selling to HR/Benefits/Total Rewards leaders and managing deals in the £100k+ range.Experience selling both direct and via brokers/benefits consultants is a strong advantage.Startup/scale-up mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable building from the ground up.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Passion for Femtech, Women’s Health, Fertility, or broader health and wellbeing benefits.
