Role: Salesforce Solution ArchitectRate: £750.00 P/D (Outside IR35)Location: Fully RemoteLength: 6 Months InitialStart Date: September 2025We’re working with a leading retail business embarking on the next stage of their Salesforce journey. As part of a fast-moving transformation programme, we’re looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to define and oversee the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with long-term business objectives.This is a strategic yet delivery-focused role, perfect for someone who can balance high-level design with practical guidance, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and consultants in a fully remote setup.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end Salesforce solution design across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce)Define technical architecture, integration patterns, and data models for complex enterprise environmentsTranslate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutionsProvide governance and assurance across development and configuration workCollaborate with business stakeholders, programme leads, and technical teams to ensure alignmentSupport delivery teams with hands-on technical guidance and design reviewsProduce architecture documentation, roadmaps, and design artefactsAdvise on platform strategy and emerging Salesforce capabilitiesRequired Experience/Skills:Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise-scale programmesDeep knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture and integration approachesStrong background in data modelling, security, and scalability best practicesExperience in retail or other high-volume B2C environments preferredExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholdersAbility to provide leadership while remaining delivery-focused in a fast-paced programmeSalesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA track) highly desirableThis is a fully remote contract opportunity, ideal for an experienced Solution Architect ready to shape and guide a high-profile Salesforce transformation.
