Ecommerce Assistant

Role purpose:Creating, improving, and maintaining detailed product descriptions and content. Providing support to the Ecommerce Manager to ensure the site is fully optimised and merchandised to maximum profitable sales, and uploading and updating product images, pricing, and associated codes/copyKey Responsibilities:Always Providing a high-quality customer experienceManaging existing products and online inventory; identifying and rectifying gaps and redundancies within the websiteRegular and thorough function checks and general website adminUnderstanding and working in line with brand messaging and tone of voiceComprehension of technology systems and the ability to effectively communicate with technical supportDaily merchandise key categories to present most appropriate product and maximise sales.
