Programme Manager – ServiceNow IRM ImplementationLocation: RemoteWe are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of a strategic initiative to implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). This role will manage the full lifecycle of the implementation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Programme Leadership & GovernanceEstablish programme governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder engagement plans.Define and manage programme scope, objectives, and success criteria.Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop and maintain a detailed programme plan with milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.Coordinate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions.Oversee vendor activities including installation, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow IRM.Risk & Compliance OversightEnsure the implementation supports enhanced risk visibility, compliance tracking, and governance.Monitor and manage programme risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.Stakeholder ManagementManage relationships with internal teams (ITSM, Risk, Compliance) and external implementation partners.Quality Assurance & DeliveryEnsure delivery of configured IRM components including:Policy and Compliance ManagementRisk ManagementAudit ManagementVendor Risk Management (optional/inclusion-based)Oversee development of custom workflows, dashboards, and reports.Training, Documentation & SupportEnsure delivery of comprehensive training for administrators and end-users.Validate documentation quality and completeness.Oversee post-implementation support for a minimum of 90 days.Must have:8+ years of regulated industry experienceServiceNow certifications or experience with IRM modulesProven success managing ServiceNow enterprise software implementation programmesStrong understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.Experience with RFP processes and vendor evaluation.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Desirable:Familiarity with ITSM, CMDB, and integration best practices.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.Background in risk or compliance functions.
