From sourcing top-tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360° recruitment process.You’ll be:Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist rolesWinning and managing clients within your niche marketNegotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunitiesWorking towards clear KPIs and goalsDriving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get outPut simply: source candidates, win clients, do deals.We care more about character than credentials.
