With a friendly culture and excellent reputation with their clients, they are now seeking a Employment Law Solicitor to join their fast-growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to handle a broad range of employment matters across a varied client base, from SMEs to larger corporate entities, across multiple sectors.Working closely with an experienced Partner, you’ll enjoy high levels of autonomy and responsibility, with the support of a friendly and highly skilled team.About the RoleAdvising employers on a full range of employment law matters under UK law, including day-to-day HR issues, grievances, disciplinary matters, and absence managementHandling Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to final hearing, including advocacy where appropriateDrafting and advising on contracts of employment, staff handbooks, settlement agreements, consultancy agreements and service contractsAdvising on reorganisations, restructures, redundancies and TUPE (in both business sales and service provision changes)Supporting corporate colleagues on employment aspects of business transactions, including due diligence and warranty/indemnity draftingDelivering training and updates to clients on employment law developmentsContributing to business development and supporting the growth of the employment teamAbout YouA qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment lawSolid technical knowledge of UK employment law and proven experience managing your own caseloadCommercial awareness with the ability to provide practical and strategic advice to employer clientsExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsA team player who enjoys collaboration but is confident working independentlyA client-focused, proactive approach to relationship management and business development Interested?If you would like any further information please reach out to Dina Cottier – ReCulture endeavour to be outstanding as a diverse and inclusive employer and are fully committed to present the best candidates for the role irrespective of background.
