Medical Planning Manager (Part-Time)£55,000 pro rata (£22,000 actual) | 2 days/week | London-based eventsWe’re seeking an experienced Medical Planning Manager to lead the planning and coordination of medical services across a portfolio of high-profile mass participation sporting events.This part-time role (2 days per week / ~100 days annually) is ideal for a qualified paramedic or clinical professional with experience in pre-hospital care and resilience planning. You’ll manage medical logistics, ensure compliance with clinical standards, and work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and on-the-ground teams.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Developing medical resource plans and conducting needs assessments for each eventProcuring and deploying pre-hospital staff, equipment, and consumablesCoordinating with medical providers, safety groups, and integrated care boardsOverseeing medical operations on event days, including in the Event Control RoomLeading medical briefings, debriefings, and post-event reportingKey Requirements:HCPC-registered Paramedic (or equivalent)ALS-qualified3+ years in pre-hospital care & event medical planningStrong stakeholder, contract, and logistical management skillsApply your clinical expertise to help deliver safe, large-scale sporting events.
