NQ Real Estate Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm who are looking for an NQ Real Estate Solicitor to join their team in Ipswich.Your responsibilities will include:Work with national operators in electricity, gas, fibre, water, and EV infrastructure.Assist with acquisitions of substations, gas governors, fibre cabinets, and pumping stations.Manage freehold/leasehold transactions and utility easements/wayleaves.Conduct title checks, raise enquiries, and title report.Handle Land Registry applications, requisitions, and post-completion steps.Order and review property searches.Liaise with clients and intermediaries, providing clear, timely updates.Draft and complete documents using DocuSign.Obtain indemnity insurance where needed.Support the team’s development and sector marketing efforts.Build and maintain strong client relationships.The successful candidate:Qualified solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with property experience (commercial or residential).Interest or background in utilities, infrastructure, or energy sectors.Confident handling of property transactions and title matters.Strong communication and organisational skills.Proactive team player with a client-focused mindset.In exchange, the firm is offering a competitive salary and generous benefits package, as well as progression opportunities.
