Loan Administrator

BCMGlobal Mortgage Services are seeking a Loan Administrator to join our Primary Servicing Team. In this role, you will manage various loan portfolios on behalf of our clients, performing a range of post-completion loan servicing activities in line with service level agreements, procedures, and current legislation.As a Buy to Let Officer, you will be expected to provide exceptional service, ensuring we always treat customers fairly and deliver the best possible outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee post-completion loan servicing activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs, procedures, and relevant legislation.Work across a range of loan portfolios for clients including banks, specialist lenders, and private equity funds.Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a fair and empathetic approach.Handle sensitive customer conversations with professionalism and empathy.Work as part of a collaborative team to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.Who Are We Looking For?A strong desire to always do the right thing, in the right way, for the right reasons.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.Strong mathematical skills for checking redemption figures, instalment, and interest calculations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all information recorded is accurate, factual, and professional.Team-oriented, cooperative, and able to deliver on promises.A keen desire to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and concepts.An empathetic manner, with the ability to deal with difficult conversations sensitively but appropriately.A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on delivering effective solutions for both customers and stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.Desirable Skills and Experience:Previous experience in the mortgage/lending industry.Basic knowledge of buy-to-let mortgages and specialist finance in the UK.Understanding of applicable regulations governing the financial services industry.Customer service experience.Knowledge of the loan redemption process.Industry-recognised qualifications.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing, professional team that values providing top-tier service to our clients.
