Theyre now seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the smooth running of the estates hospitality operations. Youll be leading a dedicated team of around 50, ensuring exceptional service, seamless coordination, and unforgettable guest experiences. This role would suit an experienced luxury hotel manager or an accomplished private household professional with a background in luxury hospitality. Youll need to be hands-on, approachable, and a natural leader who thrives in a guest-focused environment. Due to the rural location, having your own transport is essential. Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the House Manager 50,00 per annum plus circa 3,000 service charge Subsidised on-site accommodation Working 45 hours per week Private medical insurance Group life assurance Group income protection Critical illness cover Responsibilities as the House Manager Overseeing all day-to-day operations across the estate, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of approximately 50 across multiple departments. Acting as the main host and point of contact for guests, ensuring every visit is personal, warm, and memorable. Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and other senior leaders to drive performance, standards, and sustainability goals.
