Cluster Manager

VPZ are the UKs number 1 vape retailer. We currently have over 190 stores across the UK with more store openings on the way. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry and providing excellent product and sales training.We are looking for an experienced Manager to help with our growth plan.Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee a group of stores within your region, working closely with Store Managers to drive performance, ensure consistent operational standards, and support the delivery of exceptional customer service.You will play a key role in coaching Store Managers, implementing sales and service training, and supporting teams to meet and exceed commercial targets , all while ensuring alignment with company strategy and brand values.Main Responsibilities:Managing 9 employees across 3 stores in the cluster (Inverness, Elgin and Nairn)Maximising store potential and revenueWorking alongside colleagues trading on the shop floorThe ideal candidate will:Have a proven track record as a Manager in a fast paced retail environmentMultisite experience is beneficialBe customer service and sales focussedDrivers licence is requiredPlease ensure you apply with an up-to-date CV.Applicants must be 18 years old or above, any subsequent job offer is subject to pre employment screening checks.
