Ford Fuels is a family run fuel, lubricant, and AdBlue distribution business supplying both commercial and domestic customers. An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding customer service team working at our Membury Depot. What we can offer you: 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Discretionary annual bonus 2 x annual salary life cover Company pension Full training Cycle to work scheme Employee assistance programme Eye-care scheme Retail discounts Free on-site parking About the role: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) Stock reconciliation process Balancing receipts with sales Accounting for the movement of fuel Answer the telephone to take fuel orders Liaising with other departments Raise tickets for fuel orders Take payments over the phone Process group orders Transfer tickets to other depots Cover for raising repeat order tickets Covering other duties as and when required Saturday 1/2 day working required on a rota basis (overtime paid) About you: Inbound telephone experience Customer service experience Experience in a similar role Excel competent Good administrative skills Good communication skills Highly organised IT literate Awareness of data protection principles Able to work under pressure Able to prioritise and manage own workload If you feel this Customer Service Advisor role is for you, please apply today.
