Job Description Registered Care Home ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our care home and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.Key Responsibilities:Overall leadership and management of the care homeEnsure compliance with regulatory, safeguarding, and quality standardsLead, support, and develop the staff teamMaintain high standards of care, safety, and resident wellbeingManage inspections, audits, and continuous improvementOversee occupancy, budgets, and operational performanceAbout You:Registered (or eligible to register) with the relevant regulatory bodyProven experience managing a residential or nursing care homeStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsGood knowledge of care regulations and inspectionsCommitted to delivering high-quality, person-centred careDesirable:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
